A four bedroom cottage situated on the award winning Lower Mill Estate, a 500 acre private nature reserve within the Cotswolds Water Park which includes onsite Spa, swimming pool, lakes, fishing, sports and more.
About Oakleigh Cottage.
Oakleigh Cottage offers a cosy and contemporary feel featuring an open plan living/dining area with wood burner which opens up through double french doors to the enclosed outside decking area. There is a fully equipped kitchen plus a useful utility room with WC.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms which sleeps up to eight people (plus travel cot) which includes two master king bedrooms each with en-suite and balcony, a cosy double room and an adult bunk room plus a family bathroom.
Technology such as unlimited ultrafast fibre broadband (300 Mbps) is available to use for all your devices, plus there are Smart TVs with complimentary access to Netflix, X-box and Bluetooth speaker.
There are two furnished decking areas, one out front over looking the Mill Village water garden which is south facing and also a back decking area which includes a BBQ.
For rainy days or lazy evenings in front of the fire there are a selection of board games and Netflix films available for all ages.

Lower Mill Estate and Spa.
Lower Mill Estate is situated on a private 500 acre nature reserve which includes seven lakes, interspersed with many walking/cycle paths including the Thames Path which runs past the cottage.
Included within the cottage nightly rate is:

The Ballihoo is open all day for breakfast, drinks, cake and food and situated just five minutes walk away from the cottage. There is also a Pizza Shack next door to Ballihoo for take aways straight from the wood fired oven.
